Indications and Usage
Ifosfamide is an FDA-approved cancer therapy that is used to treat several types of cancer including acute lymphoblastic leukemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It may cause temporary loss of hair in some people. After treatment has ended, normal hair growth should return.
Side effects needing medical attention
Confusion; convulsions; blood in urine; painful urination; dizziness; fever; chills; sore throat; yellow discoloration of skin or eyes; cough; shortness of breath; sores on mouth or lips; missed menstrual periods; stomach pain; joint pain; swelling of feet or lower legs; unusual bleeding or bruising.
