Rye Brook, N.Y. (June 28, 2016) – Real estate developer Peter Brock will become chair of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) national board of directors effective July 1, 2016. His term will run through June 30, 2018. He has served as the board’s secretary/treasurer since July 1, 2015.
Brock has decades of experience in developing commercial real estate throughout the U.S. He is currently a partner in Brock Development, a real estate development and management company that specializes in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, management, leasing and maintenance of commercial real estate assets. He is responsible for project development and oversees the financing and acquisition of major properties.
Brock founded two land and development funds that have invested in commercial real estate in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, New Mexico and California. He is also president of Brock Services, a hotel management firm.
Brock graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a master of business administration degree in finance from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
